Unique rooftop deck experience.
My stay was marred by excessive noise throughout the night, making it difficult to sleep. Although I had a valid parking pass, problems arose during my stay when staff at the parking lot booted vehicles, causing distress for many guests.

A few more comfortable chairs would enhance relaxation.

Unique rooftop deck experience, Close proximity to Venice Beach, Apartment-style living with kitchen
No air conditioning in some rooms needs to be addressed!!! Soundproofing issues from neighboring units is disappointing!!! Check-in organization could significantly improve to enhance guest experience!!!

fantastic proximity to venice beach and local landmarks
I stayed for two nights and loved how I could easily stroll to Venice Beach in just a few minutes, and the vibrant Abbot Kinney Boulevard was also just a short walk away, making my city explorations so enjoyable. the room was clean and quiet, perfect for a single traveler looking to recharge after a long day of sightseeing, but the kitchen amenities could use a bit more cutlery and utensils for cooking.

Family with kids will enjoy this place
The beach view from the room was fine, and the rooftop terrace was the perfect spot for evening drinks. The staff really went above and beyond to help us with our luggage when we arrived in a rainstorm, making us feel welcome and cared for.
It wasn’t exactly budget-friendly, but honestly, it felt worth it for the experience.

It was a proper fit for shopping in Los Angeles with value for money. The roof was great for sunset views every evening. Parking can be a hassle, so check the situation before arriving.

The ocean view was breathtaking, yet the floors were very dirty.

missingWrote a review on 01 Augstunning terraceproximity beachlack insulationdirty ledgesno air conditioning
The rooftop terrace offered stunning city and ocean views, perfect for evening relaxation. It was a treat to step out and enjoy the nearby beach, making the location a standout feature. However, the lack of air conditioning meant some discomfort during warmer days, and the room could use better sound insulation as noise from the street was noticeable. Additionally, I was disappointed by the cleanliness, particularly the dirty window ledges that detracted from the otherwise bright atmosphere.

The rooftop deck offers stunning sunset views. No air conditioning made it uncomfortable during hot days. Located right by the beach, which is a huge plus.

Location is fantastic, right on Venice Beach with an impressive rooftop terrace perfect for sunset views. The room was spacious but lacked daily cleaning, which was surprising. Parking can be tricky, as it’s a bit of a walk, but overall, it’s a fun place with quirky charm.

missingWrote a review on 29 Junrooftop deckbeach accessnatural lightnoise disruptions
The views from the rooftop deck are stunning, providing a perfect spot to catch sunrises and sunsets. The location grants immediate access to the beach, and the rooms feature large windows that fill the space with natural light and ocean sounds.
Construction work outside caused significant noise disruptions early in the morning, which can be a real downer after a late night. Additionally, having only a fan during a heatwave left the room stuffy. it really could use air conditioning. The kitchenette lacked essential items like scissors and proper dishware, making it less convenient for meal prep. Also, the windows in my room had an unpleasant gas smell, likely from the heater, and the view was marred by the sight of a dumpster. Requests for late-checkout were met with pushback, leading to a frustrating experience for what was supposed to be a relaxing night.
